Class 12 Accountancy

The syllabus consists of 3 parts.
Part A is Accounting for Partnership Firms and Companies, and is for 60 marks. It has 2 units, namely, Accounting for Partnership Firms (36 marks) and Accounting for Companies (24 marks).
Part B is Financial Statement Analysis, and is for 20 marks. It has 2 units, namely, Analysis of Financial Statements (12 marks) and Cash Flow Statement (8 marks).
Part C is Project Work and it carries 20 marks. Project work includes 1) Project File (12 marks) and 2) Viva Voce (8 marks).
Alternatively, Part B consists of a single unit, Computerized Accounting, and is for 20 marks. Part C is Practical Work and it carries 20 marks. Practical work includes 1) Practical File (12 marks) and 2) Viva Voce (8 marks).
